We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Lancaster, PA so we have also made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site.

If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.(There may be a charge for appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice.)

Insurance and Billing
We participate with Delta Dental Premier and DeCare Dental. We are able to submit claims to most other insurance plans as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. The patient is responsible for any amount, including deductibles, co-payments, and excess over maximum, not covered by your plan. We will do our best to assist you in understanding your insurance benefits. However, because insurance plans vary in their coverage and limitations, it is ultimately your responsibility to know your plan.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Payment for routine visits is generally expected at the time of service. Because we want you to receive the dental care you deserve, we offer flexible payment plans for major treatment, if arrangements are made in advance.
